My name is Atourr Rahman Himu, and my life changed forever in 2009. A devastating accident left me disabled, taking away my ability to walk, work and provide for my family the way I once could.
But I’ve never stopped fighting. I’m a father to three amazing kids and a husband to a wife who has stood by me through it all. They are my reason to keep going, even on the hardest days.
To support my family, I do Food & Percel Delivery jobs back in 2017 to manage livings. But in the world of inflection that is not enough for us to survive. We have to spend days starving and don’t know what will we eat next day. Alongside with my health, which start getting worse day by day.
I took out a loan to buy a car—a lifeline that allows me increase my income, take my kids to school, and do whatever small jobs I can to put food on the table. But the weight of unpaid loans, COVID-19 strike has become too much to bear. The bank is threatening to take away my car, and without it, I’ll lose my only way to provide for my family.
